BlackBoard help is the best way to get quick answers to your questions. (On your BlackBoard homepage, the "Get HELP" tab is located on the top banner.) There is a wide variety of HELP tutorials and FAQs on navigating this platform.

Collaborate is and interactive to tool to assist you and your instructor and/or tutor. Collaborate allows for real time video and voice conferencing between you (the student) and instructor or tutor. Depending upon how your tutor or instructor uses Collaborate, they will be able to share their computer desktop with you, video conference with or and/or display a whiteboard where they can demonstrate classroom problems and assignments.
To find the Collaborate resource in your Blackboard class, click the "Tools" section located on the left of your screen. The "Tools" resources will display; find "Blackboard Collaborate Ultra" in the first column of resources. Click the Collaborate Tool to launch it. Follow the instructions your instructor or tutor has displayed.
