You can use the Evans Library from anywhere you have access to the internet. All you need is your MyFM username and password. Watch this short video:

Your FM username is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name and five random digits. If you're having trouble with your account you can: Contact the Registrar's Office (A109 or x8700), call 1-800-875-6269, or contact a librarian

Articles are generally found in databases. A list of databases is available here. If you're off-campus you'll need to enter your MyFM username and password.

We offer access to over 60,000 books in print and e-formats. Start your search for books here.

All our eDevices (Laptops, Surface Tablets and iPads) may be borrowed for three hours and must stay in the library.

Requesting items from another library is free and easy! Our Resource Sharing service is designed to help you get what you want. (Resource Sharing is another way of saying InterLibrary Loan - ILL!)

Check here for the current list of items on reserve. Books and other resources are on reserve and available for use with your FM ID if your instructor has provided us a copy.

We have a limited number of group study spaces that can be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basic for three-hour blocks. Use this form to reserve your group's study space.

Blackboard is used at FM for your online and blended courses. Instructors may also use it to provide resources for traditional, face-to-face courses. This quick guide to Blackboard is a must read. A web-based self-paced tutorial is available by clicking here.

FM Photo ID cards are needed to check out materials from the Evans Library. All ID photos are taken and cards are issued at the Department of Public Safety Office.
